I am facing an issue with Norton 360 because it is not working properly on my device. The antivirus may not be opening, scanning, updating, or providing protection as expected. I have tried using it several times, but the problem continues. I would like to understand why Norton 360 is not working and what steps I can take to fix the issue.
Is this a new subscription to Norton? If so, did you fully remove any previous security software using their removal utility before installing Norton?
