So about two weeks back my laptop froze and would not let me access anything. I took it to a computer help desk at my school and now it works fine. However, after that my Norton stopped working properly. It wont do scans anymore and the toolbar web protection doesn't work either. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it numerous times, however; it still wont work (the re-install works for a day and then it stops). It will run backup and it will run live-up-date, but Power Eraser, Full Scan, and Quick Scan won't run. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.
