Hello,
I use my iphone a about a year,
now i have to restore the phone from my itunes - backup, but it doesn`t work :-(
It starts to proceed and then the Message appears "wiederherstellung nicht möglich da die Backupsitzung fehlgeschlagen ist"
apple says may the Norton Security settings are the problem,
everything works fine with itunes,only bring back the backup to the phone doesn`t work.
I tried with my wife`s phone: same problem
Help me please!
