Norton 360 appears to be running. I'm unable to open the dashboard to change any settings. The app attempts to open then crashes. It then attempts to re-start then fails. I've attempted to remove and then reload the software. No joy. No telephone or online support. I'm trying to download new business software Norton is blocking the load. As I can't open the dashboard I cannot exclude the program. Very frustrating. I've removed the software from my device until the issue is resolved. Paying a lot for the service, disappointing.

Hello Brian. First off what is your OS, its build and version, Windows 10 or 11? Or an older version of Windows?
-Do you have or did you have another install of antivirus software installed prior to installing Norton? If so did you completely remove it? You can run the Norton Removal tool even with Norton not installed to check for remnants being left behind.

-Do you have Windows fast start-up enabled? If so disable it and restart the system, reinstall Norton and manually update it:
