Norton 360 keeps disappearing and will not open

Hi,

I have had Norton 360 on my Windows 8 PC for a couple of years now. About a month ago I went to open it and it wouldn't load from the desktop icon, wouldn't load from the start menu or My Computer. Just nothing. I got through to the online chat service and they reinstalled it for me and worked ok. Soon after I had the same problem when I tried to open it, nothing happened. When I right clicked on the desktop icon and tried to run a scan it came up with an error: Norton Autofix, error 3019,1.  The link through to support then told me about uninstalling and reinstalling the product. I ran the removal tool and reinstalled it again and it worked ok for a few days.

Tonight I have come up against this problem yet again. It's driving me mad and I have no idea why it keeps blocking access to the program. I have tried to get on the chat support tonight but it's very busy, and I get frozen out after a while. I then sat on hold on my phone for over half an hour with no luck. I am getting incredibly frustrated with Norton and the problems I keep having with this program, and the amount of time I'm wasting in trying to fix it.

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on here? I've attached a screenshot of the error message.
