Norton 360 Lifelock Scan Won't Launch

Hello,
Please help!!! Starting 3 days ago, after  LiveUpdate, none of the scans (quick scan, custom,  etc.) will now launch.  No problem with the other features of Norton 360 with Lifelock though.

After LiveUpdate, my computer has also slowed down.  

I am running Windows 10; Norton 360 with Lifelock.

Will there be another LiveUpdate to fix the problem caused by the update that created these problems?

Have you tried -> Restart (not Shut down) machine -> run Norton LiveUpdate -> Restart (not Shut down) machine -> run LiveUpdate -> Restart (not Shut down) machine. Test Scan.

3. How can I manually install these patches?
This patch is ONLY available via LiveUpdate, and is being released in a phased manner. You may need to run LiveUpdate and reboot a few times before your product is completely updated to the latest version.
