Norton 360 Lizenz wird nicht erkannt - I have a 1-y-license for Norton 360, but after start the app shows "no license available"

Hallo,

ich habe eine 1-Jahres-Lizenz für Norton 360. In meinem Norton-Konto sehe ich die Lizenz, gültig bis 04.06.2025. Wenn ich aber Norton 360 starten will, erhalte ich die Meldung “Keine Lizenz verfügbar”. Der App-Start schlägt fehl.
Mein System ist Win11 Pro, 24H2.

Gibt es eine Idee, was ich tun kann?

Hi,

I have a 1-y-license for Norton 360. In my Norton-account I can see the license, valit thru june 4, 2025. But when I try to start Norton 360 on my System (Win 11 Pro 24H2), the dashboard shows “No valid License” and I can´t start the app.

Any idea what I can do?

Problem is solved. After having had a chat with a Norton specialist and a few unsuccessful tries I made a complete deinstall, cleaned the registry and then re-installed. Now it works.
