Same issue here. Main window pops up for no apparent reason. Doing it on two separate installations.
The icon on my Windows taskbar also flashes.
I’m having the same issue, just randomly pops up. Even when I’m in the middle of photo editing which causes lose of data on the edit.

I’m having the same issue since the last update a couple of days ago. Running Windows 10 Pro. Do they have a fix or work around? Incredibly annoying.

I just posted on this, then saw yours, i get that in middle of doing anything, so annoying and nuisance! Every evening now. If keeps on will just use windows one.

yes, i do a game with friends evenings for abit and pops up when doing that, so takes over until close. Came up again tonight same time every day 
get it fixed please, or acknowledge getting it fixed please nortons..

Norton released a backend fix for the Automatic UI Opening issue. Please run LiveUpdate and Restart the system to get the fix applied.
