Norton 360, Windows 10 latest versions.
From tray, able to access Quick Scan, Live Update, and Recent History. Clicking on Open Norton 360, no window opens. Can't see any links from these accesses that will get me to the main panel.
From desktop icon, direct clicking, context-menu Open and Run as administrator, same result of no window opens.
This past week, initial contacts with internet (Run LiveUpdate) resulted in occasional non-response from the opened window stuck in first phase. I had chalked it up to possible server problems. In hindsight, might have been symptom of something worse?
