I have Windows 7 HP 64 bit SP1. My subscription to Norton 360 is valid until August 2016. When I tried to open Norton 360 nothing happened for a long time, then eventually I got an error: 8504, 104. I also noticed the Norton toolbar had disappeared from Internet Explorer. I followed the suggestions on the support site: Norton Removal and Reinstall, Norton Power Eraser and Norton Removal Tool- none of these made any difference. Finally I tried Norton Bootable Recovery Tool, but this wouldn't even install. I went to the update centre, but because I have removed Norton 360 using the tools it can't detect what to update. At the moment I have no Norton protection at all. I would like to be able to reinstall Norton 360. Can you help please?
