I'm trying to understand the difference between Norton 360 Multi-Device and Norton One from the point of what software is included in one vs. the other one.
Norton 360 Multi-device seem to be clear:
Norton 360
NIS for Mac
Norton Mobile Security (for Android)
For Norton One, it says this, "Norton Internet Security or Norton 360™ for PC, Norton Internet Security for Mac® or Norton Mobile Security for Android™" on the Norton one page, but I would swear I saw a reference somewhere stating that any Norton product would be included into Norton One subscription (i.e. Norton Utilities or Norton Anti-Theft).
What's right about Norton One and included software?
Try live chat on the keyboard it’s free, with a Norton representative on the link below. Vary the times of day you try, as it’s difficult to know when they are busy.
I do not remember seeing anything about Norton Utilities. The Android and iOS protection may include some Anti Theft features.
The main difference between 360 Mult Device and Norton One is the extra services offered with One, like guarenteed virus removal included in your subscription, instead of paying $99 for removal service. And a dedicated members only service.
True. I did check with the support recently, and found out that besides software that is available under Norton Multi-Device, Norton One also makes NIS for PC available as well, but no other Norton software.

It is possible that what you saw was some reference to allNorton 'Security' software. Norton Utilities would not be included in that category.
