Have Norton 360 multi on multiple devices. My son downloaded yesterday the most recently update and it now continually blue screens his laptop.
Performed Windows recovery to rollback. System OK.
Norton 360 won't open without crashing system.
Could not uninstall via windows but downloaded Norton removal tool which uninstalled Norton 360 OK.
Tried to re-install after downloading. Blue Screen.
Windows on laptop is Windows Home Premium.
Does not seem to have the same problem on Windows Professional as other laptop and desktop OK at this point.
Can you assist ?
