Norton 360 multiple machine download: download not compatible with Mac 10.6.8

Hello

 

I am new to the norton community, so sorry if I am posting this message in the wrong place.

 

I have an issue, I purchased Norton 360 for multiple machine with 5 downloads allow from my account on a 1 year membership. I installed it successfully on Windows 7 laptops and its working fine. However, I when I attempt to install it on my mac 10.6.8 (late 2010 purchase) it gives me a compatibility error saying this version of norton is not compatible with Mac 10.6.8.

 

Is there are work around for this? Is there any way I can got one of my downloads to work on my Mac 10.6.8.

 

Please let me know.

Late 2010 Mac should be upgradable to 10.7
