Norton 360 & Norton Utilities WON'T DOWNLOAD

I just paid for a one year subscription to Norton 360 with Norton Utilities and this Norton Team.  So far this is the only thing that has downloaded or actually it was in my email. Norton Utilities IS on my desktop but it keeps counting down the days for me to BUY it and I already paid for it.  I go to my Norton account and it shows I paid for it and the Internet security 360 says NOT DOWNLOADED... NOT ACTIVE//// yet I have my activation code i.e. serial number product code that I printed out when I paid for my subscription.  AND NOW MY COMPUTER IS DOING STRANGE THINGS SINCE THAT NORTON UTILITIES PROGRAM RAN AUTOMATICALLY.

 

I've had Norton for several years... Last year Best Buy had to put a new mother board in my laptop that's under warranty.  After they did that I got a message from Norton saying my computer was not protected/... I went to my account and it said I had downloaded it too many times.... I got a SPECIAL phone number as a valued member.... To call so I wouldn't be charged for the etc support.... However, I was on hold, listening to music for 3 hours until my phone went dead... Then I said to hell with it and PAID FOR ANOTHER YEAR OF PROTECTION EVEN THOUGH I HAD A 2 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION paid in full....

 

And now I can't download or activate the 360 or the Norton untilites.  I have windows XP on a HP laptop.   Can any one help me OR GIVE ME A WAY I CAN REACH A LIVE HUMAN AT NORTON EH????

I believe the Utilities key starts with a "U", whereas the N360 key will have a different letter.  Check the email again for both keys.

 

Also, rather than a phone call, Customer Service Chat is a faster and more comfortable way to deal with support.  If your previous licence is still current, it would be a good idea to contact them and have the time from the first licence added to your second.
