Where can I find an offline installer?

You are welcome.
When downloading from the Norton Account website, you are downloading a small Downloader file that will download the installer. The offline installer is not available from your account.
You can also initiate the download of your product from within your account and close your browser to complete the installation. However, you WILL need to be connected to your internet services for the product to contact Norton servers, activate, then run live update to get to the current version of 22.21.1.151. Hope that helps. .
