Norton 360 on 30 computers need to remove expired Subscriptions

PROBLEM: Running out of Back up space on Norton back up.

Small non-profit with 30 stand alone networked computers.  Over the last 6+ years have purchased licenses and moved to new Product Key when the annual license expires. when I log in to Norton and go to "Subscriptions" tab there are dozens of expired licenses.

Our back up space allotment is 120GB and we are at used 120GB. I suspect much of the space is taken up by old, expired, replaced backups.

How can I delete some of these old accounts and free up space for back up?

thank you both for the input.

Can you provide me with a link to the Backup Forum where this has been moved to?

The old expired subscriptions will always be on your account, but they in no way affect your storage use in the Backup.

I'll ask your thread be moved to the Backup forum board where Backup users can help. It is possible you can delete some of the files that are backed up to free up space.

Use Norton chat support, I do not know of any way to remove old accounts from the Norton site. These folks can assist you with that.
