steps to reproduce:
1. open Norton 360
2. Pull to scan is displayed at the top
3.Security: "Attention required" but no scan is started.
If i click on Security - nothing happens.
Settings -> About closes Norton UI.
Settings -> General I activated "Enable debug log" but it turns off if it crashes at the above step.
If i try to send the error logs it asks me for a support Case ID which i don't have.
Device details:
Huawei p20 EMUI 12 android phone.
Updates are working fine according to the logs. Last updated today 28.10.2023.
I don't know the Norton 360 version because of the "about" issue above.
Sign in does not seem to work either.
I don't want to uninstall and re-install it because there was a message today from some strange UI stating google chrome has a trojan (which name i can't remember sadly) and asked me to uninstall chrome.
Sadly i tried that through the proposed UI and chrome is still there so i think the device is at this point compromised.
The above workflow is an issue since several months so i kept hoping with other updates it would get fixed... now i have this new issue with the trojan so i need it to work.
