After performing the online backup, the results section shows "There is a problem connecting to the internet.  Make sure a connection is available and try again."  At the same time the screen states that 161 files were backed up, 60.8 mg, Secure Online Storage.  So, my question is, "Was it successfully backed up or not?"  The messages are conflicting!

Hi,

You should only receive the successful backup message upon completion of the backup. I wonder if perhaps after the backup had completed something else was attempting to connect in N360 and failed. If you would like to confirm your backup status, you could open up the Restore pane and have a look at which files are available for restore. If you'd like, I can have a look at your account on the servers and make sure everything completed successfully on our end, as well. If you'd like me to have a look, send me an email (address in profile) from the account with which you have registered your Norton account. If you received the completion message, I suspect all is well.
