Norton 360 online storage issue

I purchased an additional 25GB of online storage space just recently.  Norton backup is telling me I'm already out of space. How do I eliminate files to free up space? There are many old computers listed online on the backups page, and the options to purge files is greyed out. When I look at the NOrton backup drive on My Computer, it shows 0 files. Can you please help? Thanks

please open My Computer from your Start Menu. You must see there a Norton Secure Drive icon. Double click on that.

Now you should be able to see the files you have backed up previously. Just select the ones you want to remove and hit the delete button.
