I have Norton 360 for Windows 10 and the plug-in for Outlook (Office 365) is constantly being deactivated for being too slow. Obviously, I would like it available to scan attachments, etc.
I've tried deactivating, restarting, reactivating but with no luck.

Hello Matthew. These are the supported email types for the office plug-i and anti-spam. The plug-in in seriously dated as such. Which protocol are you using?

Only POP3 and SMTP protocol is supported.

POP3 with SSL is not supported.

IMAP & Exchange accounts are not supported.

If email client is configured in ports other than default ports 110, then the new port needs to be added to protected ports.

Run live updates on your Norton product. If not already installed you MAY be updated to the latest release of 22.21.2.50. Reboot and attempt to duplicate the issue again.
