My Action Center says the same thing, too. It even fluctuates between saying I have no security turned on to Norton firewall and security is ON. ?????? Every time I turn on my computer I never know what to expect out of the Action Center. I've clicked on the part where you can highlight Norton and turn it on but that doesn't fix the problem either. I do hope a solution comes soon.

Actually, I have a big yellow square with a black ring and a green and white check mark. How come you have a different color scheme? Mon dieu, now I'm more confused than ever.
