Issue abstract: NORTON 36O PLATINUM CANNOT BE INSTALLED ON YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM

I bought a new hp laptop and the above NOrton 360 Platinum cover is for 20 devices. When I tried to download on this device, it says it cannot be installed on your operating system. I have also bought latest Microsoft program. I wonder why am I not being able to use the product?
