Norton 360 Platinum serial activation problem

Hi, I purchased a Norton 360 Platinum serial, but when I enter the serial the page remains blank and activation fails.
I'm not getting any kind of error, but activation don't works. I just tried many times, but always this error continue.

Can Norton fix the problem?

While accessing the activation pages be sure you have turned off any VPN and browser ad blocker extensions.
