I have six days left on My Norton 360 Premier V 5,0 software and have bought the Norton 360 regular program V 5. Some how when I registered the 360 Premier it got under the wrong email address and I can access the my account. I do have an account under my correct email address but the Premier is not listed under it. I know what the wrong email address is, but I don't know the password for it. Won't send me new password because it is not my correct email address. Should I just wait till my current Premier runs out and reinstall the regular 360 as a new program or what? I hope I am being clear about this, it is my first use of this board.
