The message I get when I run the Diagnostics Report is Norton 360 Premier Edition has deteced 114 installed Programs. When you click the Fix Now button it brings up the windows add/remove program screen. When you run the report again the messsage is the same. Is there a way to not have it report 114 programs.
Dear Harley55,
When The Windows Add/Remove Program Screen Shows, Be Sure To Select The Program(s) You Want To Remove & Click Un-Install. Once The Program(s) Has Finished Un-Installing Itself, Then You Can Try Running The Diagnostic Report Again. Also, If You're Prompted To Restart Your Computer After The Un-Install Has Finished, Do It. If You're Not, Then You Can Just Run The Diagnostic Report Again, Without Restarting. IfThe Report Is Still Saying That You Have 114 Installed Programs, Try Restarting Your Computer Again, Even If You Weren't Prompted To Before. If The Issue Still Continues, I Suggest Contacting Norton Support By Live Chat To See If They Can Fix Your Issue.
dickevans, All are up to date. It's just when I run the reports it always gives that message. There really is 114 programs . It's no big deal but it seems if you leave it like that it should reset it self and not show the message.
aidanbrown, No I don't want to delete anything.

Harley55,
Sounds like you looked in the refrigerator and saw that there were 14 eggs in the keeper. Then you came back later in the day and looked again - still 14. So, you went to bed and in the morning you rechecked - still 14. About the only conclusion you can make is that until you use/delete one there will be 14/114 eggs/programs in the refrigerator/computer.
Not very elegant but I hope clear enough to let you relax and enjoy your 114 programs.
If you do run the report again and it reports zero programs be sure you have a BIG problem - one of the programs that was listed is 360 and without it you shouldn't be able to run the report.
Hope this helps
