My Norton360 Premier application does not load when I click it. I am running Windows XP 2002 service pack 3 (I know, ancient) and I am worried that the PC is infected by a virus, rather than there is an OS issue that is preventing Norton360 Premier from running. I have run the Norton Power Eraser and run all of the necessary scans there, and one dodgy program (winzip???.exe) was removed; however, Norton360 Premier still won't load and display the icon in the bottom right icon tray.
Please help!
