Does this occur after you run Live Update manually, or when it runs by schedule? Also, how are you sure it is happening as a consequence of Live Update? Thanks
I believe I've got Live Update set to run automatically every Thursday nite...but I can't confirm because Safe Mode doesn't allow me to get into Norton 360 & I have had to spend weekends fixing it. Also, I never had the problem before I loaded Norton 360 Premier.
I purchased the video card with my dell pc in Aug 06 & recently had to replace the monitor but I don't think the monitor has contributed to the problem, because it happened originally with my 'standby' monitor I used until the new one came in.
