Norton 360 Premium downloads trial version even after renewal

I have just renewed my Norton 360 Premium for 10 devices and when I downloaded Norton onto the third and fourth laptops it shows that it I have downloaded a trial version. What am I doing wrong here? 

I have not had this problem with previous versions of the software.

Both laptops are using Windows 10, however I have successfully downloaded onto laptop 1 (Windows 10) and laptop 2 (Apple Mac).

Are you installing Norton 360 by sending emails from your account? If so, remember you need to send an individual email for each computer. Each email can only be used on one device.
