Norton 360 Premium.. Unable to download on MacOS

Hi

I have Norton 360 Premium, when I visit Device Security it tells me I'm not protected on my iMac.  This is correct as I am unable to download the software.  When clicking on Device Security and selecting Download, it prompts me for a subscription key, even though i'm entitled to this.

I spoke with support on chat, they gave me a key to use, but this didn't work (its like the page just refreshes when validating the key.

Support then did a remote session and messed around for nearly 30 minutes which I was not comfortable with.  In the end I ended the support session because clearly this was not going anywhere.

Can anyone suggest anything? the level of support was terrible.. This seems straight forward and support should not need full access to my machine to resolve.

Thanks

Although this is a subscription issue, I'm going to ask this thread be moved to the Mac forum board where other Mac users are more likely to see it. They may have experience with your issue.

Thanks for the suggestions.

When entering the product key, the key validates are then refreshes the same page again (to re enter the product key) - no validation errors.

Yup, this is the fast machine I'm trying to install the agent for anti-virus protection on - macos running the latest version.  So far on my subscription I've on used the family components to monitor my children's tablet... this worked fine.

The first image shows 0 of 10 devices protected. Is this the first device you are installing 360? If so, try entering the key at   www.norton.com/setup     Be sure you do not add any spaces when entering the key.

Also be sure that your system falls into the required OS versions. From the System requirements information on norton.com....
