I've been a long time subscriber to Norton 360, over six years. I recieved the auto upgrade about a month ago, ver. 22.6.0.142. Now the Norton alert message pops up advising I need to update? I installed the update, now I have Norton Security with backup, ver 22.5.5.15??? What happened to Norton 360 Premium that I paid for? Why did the version down grade from 22.6.0.142, to 22.5.5.15? Please advise what is happening to Norton Symantec are we losing quality control?
