iLok USB Smart Key (for software authorization) come with many products now.
In the case of Avid's "Pro Tools 9", Norton 360 is prevening this iLok from operating, and as such, I can't run my Pro Tools 9.
So, how do I tell Norton that, "Hey, this iLok is OK, don't block it".
Or how to I get Norton to work with all my iLoks.
Or now do I disable Norton temporarily so I can use my Pro Tools 9.
The Avid guys (authors of Pro Tools 9) just simply say disable your AV software to run PT9. Well, that's rediculous.
Is Norton aware of what iLoks are?
Thanks

Thanks - we removed N360 completely and we still had a USB problem with the ILOK - this issue is no longer a Norton issue - it is an issue with the ILOK and the Pace guys.
