Norton 360 process has stopped working

Hi there, im using norton 360 V1.0, yes i know its an old version, anyhow, recently i got a message box saying "a norton 360 process has stopped running. please restart the computer to ensure stable operation."

 

First time i got this message, and this is a brand new computer since i have gotten it not to long ago, did scan's and no viruse's malware, or any other threat's have shown up. I also use Malwarebytes (free version), and i opened it then after some few minutes and possibly awhile longer i got that message while malwarebytes was opened. I know free version could not be causing this because before i scanned with malwarebytes and had no such message or any conflicts before. I don't know what could have caused this message, everything in the comp is clean as it is brand new. I don't have anything else running that would conflict with 360, window's firewall, and defender are all turned off to prevent conflict.

 

Im Using Vista 64 bit Premium Edition.
