I just signed up for Norton 360 with a 90 day trial and $19.99 for the first year offer. I received an email with a product key in it, but when I enter the key while trying to download for my computer, it does not go anywhere, just clears out the product key box again.
I bought a new computer and a new version of Norton 360. The computer had a trial version of the anti virus already installed. This is now going to expire so I now wish to activate the product that i bought.
I have logged into MyAccout put can not find where to enter the key. I am somewhat frustrated.
Can anybody help me to install this Product Key?
Hope you can.
Phil_D I believe that the infor Caughtout is referring to can also be found in the thread: http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-360/Shop-Bought-Product-360-V5-Exclusive-Gold-Edition/m-p/508186#M52318 which I believe is N360 v5.
Caughtout, I hope I have informed Phil_D correctly and that you don't mind me entering this info. as I thought it might be of help.
Also I think what Yogesh is talking about in the other thread is that you can download from the link in his 1st message for the netbook and that should give the ability to enter the key.
Best of luck,

Thanks Mumford68,
I didn't realize that CaughtOut had duplicate posts on the same topic.
I'll drop out of this one and let the other folks continue in the thread started yesterday.
Caughtout --
This is all very confusing since the other thread is about the UK Gold edition of N 360 and in it you say you downloaded the Norton 360 Premier edition.
So if you are continuing here can you say whether you started off with a GOLD edition or not and whether you know if it is sub-version Standard or Premier? I suspect from what I've read about it that it is Standard since the literature refers to buying online storage in amounts that start below the 25GB of Premier ......
It now appears that the GOLD edition of N 360 is in fact the Netbook edition but on a CD (!!!) and so has a netbook series KEY and you need to download the netbook version which comes in Standard or Premier and we don't actually know for certain which but, as I said, I'd start with Standard unless you know otherwise ... if you do please share!
