While all appears to be working well. I cannot find a way to clear the logs in the Protection Report/Internet Security. While malicious websites show up in the report, I can only assume they have been blocked. I would like to clear the data from the report. Is that possible?
There is no way within the app to clear the log entries. The description of the Protection Report is that it tells you how Norton has protected you over the last 30 days. I'm not sure if this is a rolling 30 days that resets daily or once a week or month.
Is there some reason you feel the need to reset this logged information? If you really want to do this, you might be able to do it by clearing the 360 app data and cache in Android settings.
Go into Android Settings - Apps. Scroll to the 360 app and clear the app cache and app Data. Restart the device. This will reset your 360 to a trial version. To get the full version back, open the 360 app, then tap Sign In to log into your Norton Account. Enter your Norton Account information and you should have the full version again.
