Why is the Norton 360 Continually Hanging when it requests a "Fix Now" Quick Scan?! This is becoming increasingly annoying and appears to be happening to other users of Norton 360. The Quick Scan always hangs when it reaches W32.Downandup.B search. This has happened to another user of this forum and a fix was never posted. Should we consider looking for another Network Security application if Norton cannot fix this issue?
