Norton 360 & QuickBooks Pro 2015

I recently upgraded from Intuit QuickBooks Pro 2012 to QuickBooks Pro 2015. The program will not allow me to e-mail forms to my customer. It asks for a password but will not accept any I try. Asking around in the QB Community forum and in the Intuit Help web site, I am told that the issue may be that my Virus software (Norton 360) needs to be reconfigured to allow communication through a particular port. I am unsure how to do this. Any help much appreciated.
