Norton 360 removed files by mistakes, where can find them and restore them again

It gives a great pleasure posting here.

 

Please, I've just purchased Norton 360 for 3 PC's few days ago.

 

I've many applications stored or saved in my computer, during the idle time of my computer, Norton 360 did a scan and removed

many of my software applications stored in my computer.

 

1) The question is how to find the place where Norton removed them?

 

2) Also, how to restore them correctly?

 

3) Also, how to add any kind of exception so that Norton do not scan this folder once again, or if it scanning it, it should not remove anything?

 

Thanks a lot and hope to find a solution for this issue as this is a real disaster for me.
