Yesterday I tried to renew my Norton 360 subscription which expires today. I used discount code N360US40OFF and got the message that the code was not valid. I've tried the renewal process on another computer up to the point of providing payment information and this code appears good. Any idea why I would get the invalid code message on my computer? Thanks.
Did you get the message on the first computer at the same point you got on the second computer, or was it at a later point. ie Did you have to start the payment portion to get the message.
If that was a valid discount code, and you have already paid the full price, you can contact Norton Support via online chat, and explain your situation. They should be able to find a way to honor your discount, and either offer a refund of the discount amount, or you could ask for a full refund and try your purchase from the second computer again.
When I entered the discount code on the first computer and hit Apply I got the invalid code message. When I entered the discount code on the second computer and hit Apply the $40.00 discount showed up on the renewal form. I tried entering the discount code on the first computer several times to make sure I had entered it correctly with the same results each time. Thanks for your help.
OK. As I said, it you have already completed the transaction without the discount, you should contact chat.
