Hi I had about 300 days of subscription left, trusted their service and decided to extend the subscription and bought another 180 days subscription. When I entered the new product key it has overwritten the existing 300 odd days left and replaced with new 169 days left without warning that it is going to over write the existing one and not add! The live chat norton suport person could not offer a satisfactory solution so could one of you please tell me who else to contact to lodge a complaint? I have been with Norton for so many years and its frustrating to deal with this now. thanks.
