Greetings to all. I have reviewed other posts concerning renewal of Norton 360 in a different language. My question has a bit of a different twist:
1. I am presently running 360 in English on all of my computers. I have twelve days left to renew my subscription and I will not be back to the USA until a month later.
2. The language of the program is English
3. BUT, when I start the renewal process from within the program, Norton automatically takes me to a Spanish Speaking renewal page due to the fact that at the moment I am in Perú.
4. If I were to renew from the site to which Norton takes me, in Spanish, would my renewal be downloaded in Spanish or in English?
5. When I change my country to the United States on the Norton renewal form, Norton renewal takes me to a different site where the same program, in English, can be renewed for USD 50 more than on the Spanish site. The additional options that cost an extra USD 10 on the Spanish language site cost five dollars more on the English language site. Is this normal?
6. If I were to renew from the Spanish Language site, which is much more economical, would I have a language problem with Norton 360?
7. Finally, does anyone know whether there may be any plans at Norton to be able to use a service such as PayPal when renewing from outside of the USA? I do not have an International version of either of the only two credit cards that Norton accepts.
Many thanks. eps
