Norton 360 scan hangs at "Checking for:SecurityRisk.URLRedir"

Since Feb. 2, 2015 (25 days), Norton 360 scans (Quick/Full) hang at "Checking for:SecurityRisk.URLRedir".  Ran "Norton Power Eraser", did not solve the problem.
