Norton 360 scan not working!

Hi , 

 

I'm having a serious issue with norton 360 v3.

Until last evening everything was just fine but when i logged in this morning , first norton showed me a pop up reporting that auto protect found a virus.

Then when i tried to view the security history i wasn't able to find that entry.

So i decided to run a full system scan but it is also not working and it keeps on showing 0 items scanned.

I Tried to install mbam and scanned and it found nothing.

Also , i used onlinescanners from kaspersky and trend micro housecall but they also didn't report anything.

 

I tried to run gmer for posting a log here but everytime it does a scan it halts in the middle and the blue screen of death shows up.

It happened 5 times.

 

So i ran sysprotect and hijack this and i'm posting both the logs here.

 

I hope someone of you will reply quickly...

 

Also i need answers to the following questions :

 

1. When i'm using norton 360 , i should be assured that my computer won't be infected with rootkits and viruses , then why do u think the virus /rootkit causing the issue crawled in ?

 

2. why isn't gmer working and why is the blue screen of death appearing.:mansad:

 

3. Does the improper shutdown caused by the blue scrren affect my hard disk , i.e will it cause some bad sectors (I'm very much worried !!) (NTFS file system )

 

4. After the solution will the rootkit virus and all its traces completely eliminated ?

 

5. I was to take a ghost of my drive before i found this issue , so after the removal will it be good to take a ghost coz i'll use this ghost to restore my pc whenever problems occur.

 

6. I tried to run Perfect disk defragmenter to defragment and also tried to check the disk for eerrors but both finished instantly as if they had no access to the HDD.

Is this also due to the infection?
