für die Meisten sicherlich eine einfältige Frage:
Ich nutze schon seit Jahren Norton 360 Premium, das auch Secure VPN beinhaltet. Als ich nun meinem Abonnement ein zusätzliches Tablet hinzufügen wollte, sollte ich entscheiden: Norton 360-App oder Secure VPN-App. Ich installierte beide Apps. War das richtig? Oder “behindert” die eine die andere und es fallen evtl. Mehrkosten an?
Nun frage ich mich weiter,ob ich bei allen Geräten,die bereits die Norton360-App haben zusätzlich die Secure VPN-App installieren soll?
Ich hoffe, ich habe mich verständlich ausgedrückt und danke vielmals im Voraus für Antworten.

Hello, this is probably a simple question for most people: I have been using Norton 360 Premium for years, which also includes Secure VPN. When I wanted to add an additional tablet to my subscription, I had to decide: Norton 360 app or Secure VPN app. I installed both apps. Was that right? Or does one "hinder" the other and there might be additional costs? Now I'm wondering whether I should also install the Secure VPN app on all devices that already have the Norton360 app? I hope I've made myself clear and thank you in advance for your answers.

You do not need both apps. The standalone Norton Secure VPN app is for users that do not already have a subscription for Norton 360. As you suggested, there might be conflicts between the two that could affect the proper operation of the VPN feature. It is suggested to remove the standalone app and just use the VPN feature in 360.
If you have a 360 subscription, you can use the standalone VPN app for no additional charge. But if your first installation of the VPN was for a mobile device, iOS or Android, and you activated a trial, you will get charged by the app store after the trial. So be sure to cancel the purchase before the trial expires.
If you missed cancelling in time, and paid the App Store for the subscription for your device, you need to request the refund from there, and cancel that subscription.
