Norton 360 Security History not loading. I can make it work again RESTATING WINDOWS 8.1

This was an issue mostly after Windows 8.1 goes to sleep (suspended); then after no more History Repornts nor N360 pop ups.

If I RESTART windows 8.1 everthing works fine again.
