Norton 360 Security History not loading

My Norton 360 shows it is up to date. When I try to view the Security History the screen says "loading" and nothing shows up even though it said there were 3 blocked intrusions. Any ideas on how to get the history to show up?

Same Happens to me with Windows 8.1 (but not on a Windows Vista) when I click on  the Tasks option "Compobar Historial de Seguridad" (Latin American Version - Vers 21.2.0.38)

It is, how in says (and means) in the Spanish version of Norton 360 for "Security History not Loading". This could be done right-Clicking the Norton Icon on the Windows Task bar or open Norton 360:  select "Tasks" and then clic on Security History; in neither case anything happens. All other funcitons/tasks work Ok.

Sometimes clearing the list, then closing Norton (and rebooting as well) does the trick.

Please tell me how do I CLEAR the list if I can not even open it, since (I think) there is the only place where you can find a "Clear" Button?

Sorry, I missed that :smileysad:...I have NIS, and yes the "Clear Entries" button is at the bottom of each category page...

For ME the problem was solved. I didn't do anything; I do not know how it was solved... may be Live-update?  Thanks to all of you.
