Norton 360 - Setup required

I have an Android cell, I installed Norton 360.  When I sign into the app under Identity I have the note, Setup required.  When I tap on it it shows, "Activate Dark Web Monitoring, you must have a Norton account to activate this feature." Options are Create Account and Sign In.

I sign in, because I have an account.  "Your Active Licenses.  Select one subscription, then apply.  It shows, Norton Mobile Security Licenses available: 42. Active"  I hit Apply and get the message Subscription Applied.  I hit Close.  I get a screen that says Activate Today and Sign In and in blue at the bottom redeem a subscription. I hit redeem a subscription. Get message, Enter a product key or Enter a partner code.  I hit enter a product key because I have a subscription to Norton 360 with Lifelock Ultimate Plus.  I enter the product key and hit enter and it takes me back to the main page with the same message Setup Required.

Sometimes when I sign in it tells me Subscription Applied and when I hit Close it says 'Your Subscription is inactive"  Options are Choose your plan of redeem a subscription.  Hit redeem a subscription, enter product key, and the same thing happens, takes me back to the main page with Setup Required.

Hopefully someone can help.  Thanks.

[Edit: Clarified subject]

You are welcome. Glad I could help.

Thank you for your help.  It worked.

You should never have to enter a product key into a mobile 360 installation.

I would uninstall the 360 app from your device and restart the device. Then install 360 again and on the first screens that come up only tap on Sign in. If you are offered different subscriptions you already have, choose the one you wish to use.

Then for the setup requested under the Identity, again only tap on any Sign in links. Do not try redeeming a subscription.
