Norton 360 Stops Scanning - Windows 10

First, I have searched through this forum and have tried the solutions I could find, regarding this issue.

The problem: Every time I run a full system scan on Norton 360 (provided by Xfinity), since upgrading to Windows 10, it has stopped at a specific file number around 45,000. The file name is the exact same ( C:\Program Files/WindowsApps\Microsoft.WinJS.2.0_1.0.9600.17018_neutral_8wekyb3d8bbwe\tile.png ). It will not progress past that file, even after a couple of hours. The scan will get to this file (up to the ~45,000 file) in a matter of minutes. When I try to pause it, it usually lets me pause it. However, when I stop the scan, it will say pausing... and then not respond. After that, I cannot exit out of the app, even with task manager.

Other details: LiveUpdate works, except for last time where it wouldn't install the final part of the update. It did finish installing after I restarted the computer. Quick scan and the rest of the scanning tools (i.e. optimize disk), work fine.

Attempts to resolve the issue: Updating Norton360 does not resolve the issue, turning off scan compressed files does not resolve the issue, restarting does not resolve the issue, Norton Autofix does not detect any errors

How do I resolve this issue? The file appears to be a part of the Windows Apps Store, so maybe someone has had a similar issue.
