Norton 360 stops working about three to five times per day, usually with an advisory that it had to shut itself down, sometimes with an error number but not very often. When I restart Norton 360, there's a few moments' delay, then an advisory window that it successfully restarted or that the reason was more complicated, usually with an error number. Please suggest a remedy so that I don't have to waste time to restart Norton 360. When I'm really busy, I sometimes continue working without Norton 360 protection in order to complete some of my very necessary tasks. I then restart Norton 360 at my earliest opportunity. These interruptions are very frustrating. My plan is to add additional solid state drive plus additional conventional hard disk drive, then upgrade to Windows 10 from current Windows 7. Will that solve my Norton 360 stopping / starting cycles? Thank you.
