I recently had a hard drive installed on my desktop PC. System details are:
Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1,
64-bit system,
Processor 3.10Ghz with 10Gb of RAM
Every time I open Norton 360 main window, it stops working. I can run Live Update and QuickScan with no (apparent) problems.
I have run Power Eraser and the Removal Tool; these have not resolved the issue with 360 stops working.
Suggestions on how to fix this?
