Norton 360 subscription status is '0 days remaining'. It should be '300+ days remaining'

My laptop's Norton 360 subscription status is '0 days remaining', when it should be '300+ days remaining'.

 

I went to Norton Support, 'My Norton product shows an incorrect subscription date', and followed the steps given. I now have a 'Norton Installation Files' folder on my desktop, but my laptop's Norton 360 subscription status is still '0 days remaining'.

 

(I replaced my laptop battery, which reset the time and date on it to 00:00 1/1/2011. Would this have anything to do with it?).
